Niches

Twelve starting points, each with its own sources, writing rules and default look.

A niche is a preset: it carries source priorities, writing rules, a default look and a default register. Pick one from the studio and it writes an example prompt into the box.

Picking a niche never locks anything. Every setting it suggests can be changed.

Two behaviours worth knowing

True crime and legal stay serious. In these two niches, memes, reaction clips and joke overlays are suppressed regardless of the tone you pick. Real cases involve real people.

The badges are recommendations. A tile marked FAST or DEEP is telling you the depth that suits that niche. The depth chip still starts at Standard, and you choose it yourself.

No niche

Leaving the niche unset is fine. The format, tone and style chips still apply, and the research adapts to your topic.
