Terms of Service
Last updated 30 August 2026
These terms cover your use of Vidax. Using the product means you accept them.
Your account
You need an account to generate videos, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your credentials to yourself.
Your content
You own what you make. The briefs you write and the videos Vidax produces from them are yours. We claim no ownership and take no licence beyond what is needed to produce, store and deliver your videos to you.
You are responsible for having the rights to whatever you feed in, and for what you do with what comes out — including whether it complies with the rules of any platform you publish it to.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vidax to produce:
- material that infringes someone else's copyright or trademarks;
- content that impersonates a real person or organisation in a deceptive way;
- harassment, hate speech, or content sexualising minors;
- disinformation presented as fact, or anything illegal where you are.
We may suspend accounts that do.
Publishing to YouTube
Connecting a channel is optional. If you do, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and you remain responsible for everything published to your channel. We upload only what you explicitly ask us to. See our Privacy Policy for what we access and how to revoke it.
Credits and billing
Generating a video consumes credits. Credits are consumed when a render starts, and a failed render caused by us does not consume them — tell us if one does and we will restore it.
Availability
We work to keep Vidax running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation depends on third-party AI and media providers that can fail or change.
Liability
Vidax is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. Continuing to use Vidax after a change means you accept it.
