Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on vidax.ai, operated by Social Jool LLC. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes everything else we do with data.

What we use

We keep this deliberately small. Vidax does not run advertising networks, does not sell data to brokers, and does not embed third-party tracking pixels for advertisers.

• Essential cookies. Set by our authentication provider (Supabase) to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. Without these the product cannot work — you would be signed out on every page load.
• Local storage. Small preferences kept in your own browser rather than on our servers: whether your sidebar is collapsed, an unredeemed invite code carried across a Google sign-in, and dismissed banners. These never leave your device.
• Product analytics. We use PostHog to understand which features are used and where people get stuck. It records page views, clicks and the account id of a signed-in user. We use it to improve the product, not to build advertising profiles.

Third parties that set their own cookies

• Whop — our payment processor. When you subscribe, checkout happens on Whop's own hosted page under their cookie policy. We never see your card details.
• Google — if you sign in with Google, or connect a YouTube channel for publishing, Google sets cookies under its own policy.
• Cloudflare — serves our video CDN and may set security cookies to distinguish humans from automated traffic.

How to control cookies

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out and prevent Vidax from functioning. You can opt out of product analytics by enabling your browser's "Do Not Track" setting, which we honour, or by emailing [email protected] and asking us to exclude your account.

If we add a cookie category we will update this page and change the date above. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders.
